China House

Location: El Geish road, El Raml station, on top of Steingenburger hotel- Another branch is in san stefano (next to Fathalla market)
Cuisine: Asian
If you are looking for a nice romantic restaurant with a beautiful view and delicious Asian food then china house is the place to be.
We ordered Chicken Sweet and Sour, which had onions and peppers ,pineapple pieces and pineapple juice. We also tried Chicken spicy Kun Pao with peanuts. They both tasted very delicious. The service is fast and the waiters are decent. The view is also breathtaking but the prices are above average as a chicken plate ranges from 60 to 80 although the portion is a bit small. Their spring rolls are also very light, crunchy and delicious

Lamada

Location: Miami- below Gamal Abdel Nasser Bridge
Cuisine: Mexican (supposedly)
This restaurant offers sandwiches only, They are supposed to offer Mexican food but all i saw was tortilla bread that tasted more like the Syrian bread.
I tried grilled sausages and fried chicken. They tasted good but the size is small for a sandwich and you would need more than at least two if you want to feel full.
The prices are relatively cheap, the sausage was for 7 pounds and the fried chicken is for 8.5 pounds.
This place is convenient for a quick grab and go lunch at the end of the month when you are running out of money.

Buxies

Location: 26 Ismaileya stret Kafr Abdo - opposite to Al Sarai Market
Cuisine: international
The restaurant looks like a diner with its dim and cozy atmosphere
I ordered alfredo pasta which was covered with a rich creamy white sauce, with garlic, thyme and herbs. It was delicious.
I also ordered lemon mint which had fresh mint leaves inside and was very refreshing
The pasta prices range from 30 to 40 pounds and their drinks from 20 to 30 pounds.
Bruxies is also one of the best coffee places in Alexandria, there coffee frappucino is one of the best I have ever tried

Doppio Zero- International restaurant

Location: Carrefour City Center
Cuisine: International
The food in this restaurant is flavorful and the portions are huge. Food is always served hot and the ingredients are fresh.
We ordered a salad plate with beetroot, nuts, rocket leaves and vinaigrette dressing.
All the ingredients were fresh and it tasted very delicious.
For the main course, we ordered ravioli stuffed with minced beef and covered with red sauce. It was good but a bit under cooked.
The second dish was "San Paolo Chicken" which is roasted chicken breasts in blue cheese sauce and topped with fried haloumi cheese. It was flawless, the portion was big and their mashed potatoes were buttery and the sauteed vegetables were perfectly cooked.
As for the prices, some plates are average and others are a bit above average but their food is worth it.
